### What does Surfaice replace?

Inefficiency. The clicking, the chasing, the same email retyped for the fortieth time, the repetitive work that fills your team's day gets delegated to Surfaice instead. The goal is not to replace anyone. It is to make your rollout and your portfolio management run faster with the team you already have.

### Will Surfaice replace my lease admin or development team?

That is not the intent. Where you need capacity, our own team can act as your AI-enabled lease administration or store development group; where you have the people, we would rather train them to work faster with our tools. Every reply, alert, and recovery action needs human approval. The point is giving your team hours back, not removing them.

### How accurate is the AI?

Accuracy is a first-order priority here, alongside security. We don't claim 100%. We build our own evaluation sets and test the agent against them, we surface every uncertainty with a confidence level, and the decisions that matter sit behind a gate you approve. Nothing leaves without your review.

### What if our lease docs are messy, scanned, or inconsistent?

That's the normal state for most retail portfolios. Surfaice handles scanned PDFs, mixed formats, redlines, amendments, and lease documents stored across multiple systems and folders.
