Surfaice is an AI operating layer for retail real estate teams. It sits on top of the systems you already use, lease admin platforms, SharePoint, email, project tools, and helps your team abstract leases, reconcile **CAM** (common area maintenance) charges, track critical dates, and move store-development work forward **without replacing your systems of record**.

**Hugo** is the AI agent inside Surfaice, the assistant you chat with at [agent.surfaice.pro](https://agent.surfaice.pro). You ask questions in plain language; Hugo reads the systems your workspace has connected (under your permissions), runs repeatable **skills** when you need a workflow, and drafts work for your team to review.
