Surfaice documentation
Product documentation for Surfaice — AI agents for retail store development and lease administration.
Surfaice is an AI operating layer for retail real estate teams. It sits on top of the systems you already use — lease admin platforms, SharePoint, email, project tools — and helps your team abstract leases, reconcile CAM (common area maintenance) charges, track critical dates, and move store-development work forward without replacing your systems of record.
Hugo is the AI agent inside Surfaice — the assistant you chat with at agent.surfaice.pro. You ask questions in plain language; Hugo reads the systems your workspace has connected (under your permissions), runs repeatable skills when you need a workflow, and drafts work for your team to review.
This site documents how Surfaice works, what Hugo can help your team do, and how we handle access and data.

Your first week
| Day | Goal | Where to go |
