What is Surfaice?
Surfaice is an agentic AI layer over your existing retail real-estate systems of record — not a replacement system of record.
Surfaice helps retail real estate and store-development teams operate across lease administration, construction, and portfolio work.
You use it through Hugo — the AI agent inside your company's Surfaice workspace at agent.surfaice.pro. Hugo is not a separate product or login; it is how you interact with Surfaice day to day.
How it fits together

Think of Surfaice less like a chatbot bolted onto one SaaS product, and more like a remote operator placed into your company workspace:

What Surfaice is not

What happens in the app
- You sign in to your company's workspace.
- You connect the systems your role is allowed to use.
- You ask Hugo a question in chat, or open a skill for a structured workflow.
- Hugo reads source systems under your permissions, cites what it used, and produces a draft.
- You review, correct, and save only what should persist in the workspace.
