These skills help you configure how Hugo (the in-app agent) behaves for your organization. They appear in the Skills panel under Catalog or Company-wide, depending on what Surfaice provisioned for your workspace.

Skill scopes (admin reference)
When Surfaice sets up a customer workspace, it maps an organization template to a built-in skill catalog. Admins can:
- Install additional platform catalog skills into the workspace
- Publish company-wide skills for everyone in the organization
- Let users author workspace-only skills
End users see four scopes in the Skills panel: Built-in, Company-wide, Workspace, Catalog.
