Common pricing questions.

When do I see pricing numbers, and are they a final quote?

After you share portfolio scope, name, email, and company, we follow up with the platform subscription range by email for confidentiality. Sales then contacts you to review scope, integrations, rollout timing, and the binding quote. Lease abstraction still shows an indicative per-document estimate before you send the summary to Surfaice. Indicative ranges are based on portfolio complexity, integration depth, and rollout scope — not a binding quote.

Should I use platform pricing or lease abstraction pricing?

Platform pricing models subscription impact across lease admin, store development, or full lifecycle lanes. Lease abstraction is priced per lease on a separate path — start from the Lease Abstractor page. You can use both; they are scoped and quoted separately.

What do the lease, store development, and full lifecycle lanes mean?

Your lane choice scopes the platform wizard questions and the sales follow-up. Lease administration focuses on portfolio lease ops; store development on new-store and capital projects; full lifecycle spans both. Pick the lane that matches how you will use Surfaice first; the team can refine scope after reviewing your submission.

What affects my platform subscription scope?

Store count, annual project volume, in-house vs outsourced operating model, systems and connectors, and lane. The wizard uses those inputs to frame the business case, prepare the confidential email range, and route the right sales follow-up.

How is lease abstraction priced?

Per abstracted lease, with volume bands shown in the abstraction estimator after you complete that flow. Tier (standard, batch, platform customer, re-abstraction) affects the rate. Totals there are indicative until confirmed after review.

What do implementation, platform, and support cover?

Implementation is one-time rollout and integration work. Annual platform is ongoing software and AI workflows for your lane. Support & success covers onboarding, training, and customer success. Sales confirms how those pieces apply after reviewing your submitted scope.

What happens after I submit my business case?

You get a confirmation email, and sales receives your portfolio details, lane, systems, team model, and workflow context. Our team follows up to align integrations, rollout timing, and the right commercial next step. For lease abstraction, the submitted summary also includes the per-document estimate you reviewed in that flow.
